Allwyn — Make a Difference Month
Turning volunteering data into credible evidence of community impact
Impactso helped Allwyn measure the impact of Make a Difference Month across 6 countries and 8 entities. Instead of relying only on activity counts and Excel-based reporting, we created one consistent impact framework connecting data from volunteers, activity coordinators and community partners.
Participating markets
Impact measured across participating Allwyn markets.
Unified entities
Activities consolidated into one shared reporting structure.
Volunteers engaged
Employee participation tracked across volunteering and community activities.
Community partners
Organizations supported through volunteering, fundraising and resource donation activities.
Stakeholder groups
Data collected from volunteers, activity coordinators and community partners to create a more complete picture of impact.
Data triangulation
Impactso used data triangulation to connect three perspectives:
Volunteers
How employees experienced the activities and what the engagement meant for them.
Activity coordinators
What activities took place, who participated and how they were organized.
Community partners
What value the activities created for organizations and local communities.
This helped Allwyn move from fragmented activity reporting to a credible understanding of what the programme achieved.
BeforeFragmented Excel-based reporting focused mainly on activities, volunteer hours and basic output indicators.
